| Abstract: | The western development will bring about great influence on ecological environment.In order to keep sustained development of ecological environment in the western China,the strategy of environmental administration must be made reasonably.The author proposes six rational stands in strategy awareness,strategy subject strakegy visual angle,strategy technology,strategy proceolure and strategy system. |
