| 摘 要： | 我校大学生的英语水平及四级过级率一直比较低.我校曾规定四级考试不及格者就拿不到毕业证书和学位证书.近年来,随着大学英语四、六级考试的改革,我校顺应形势的发展,取消了四级证书与"两证"的挂钩.这意味着什么?会对英语学习产生什么样的影响?本文对学生及教师的心态作了调查了解并试图提出相应的对策.

| Abstract: | Learning English in college is definitely a big headache for the students. And passing CET Band-4 is the students' as well as teachers' ultimate aim. However, the pass rate is still quite low and even decreasing in the past years. Our university once made a rule: he who hasn't got Band-4 Certificate could not obtain his diploma and bachelor's degree. Now with the reform of CET Band-4, the regulation was abolished. What does this mean? And what will happen? This paper presents students' attitudes toward this and the measures we should take to adopt to the new situations. |
