创新:新时期高师教育的必然选择

建设创新型国家必需创新型人才,人才的培养靠教育。作为工作母机的高等师范教育尤其必须重视对高师生创新素质的培养。高师生创新素质的高低,关系到教育是否能可持续发展,也关系到全民创新素质是否能得到提高。影响高师生创新素质的因素大致有观念、课程、教材、人才评估制度等方面。培养高师生创新素质,一要树立创新教育观,二要建立有利于创新的管理体制,三要建立创新教学体系。

Innovation-a Natural Choice of Higher Normal Education in the New Period

To construct an innovation-oriented country needs pioneer talents,while cultivating talents needs education.As the engine of the education program,the higher normal education should pay more attention to cultivate normal college students' creativity,which influences the sustainable development of education as well as the improvement of the whole nation's pioneering spirit.Generally speaking,the elements affecting the normal college students' creativity comes from such aspects as conception,courses,textbooks,and talent evaluation system and so on.To cultivate the normal college students' creativity,we must do the following three jobs: firstly,set up the conception of creative education;secondly,establish a management system in favor of the cultivation of creativity;lastly,construct a teaching & studying system full of creativity.
