| Abstract: | According to the demands of the "Three Represents" which is an important ideology proposed by comrade JIANG Ze min, the question of how to strengthen the Communist Party construction has been analysed and expounded indepth from several respects such as ideology and politics, the Communist Party member's disposition of science, technology and culture, construction for grass roots organization and so on, combined with the developing practice of international and domestic political and economical situation and the characteristics of colleges and universities. Moreover, some thoughts with heuristic meaning have been proposed. |
