我国外汇储备的现状与对策

亚洲金融危机之后，伴随着中国经济的快速发展，中国外汇储备节节攀升。面对庞大的外汇储备，担心和争论纷至沓来。人们或怀疑外汇储备规模的合理性，或诟病巨额外汇储备的投资收益，或指责外汇储备的积累输入了通货膨胀，或认为人民币汇率因此承受了越来越大的升值压力。本文从我国外汇储备的现状入手，分析了我国外汇储备激增的成因、结构变化及人民币预期升值压力，并据此提出相关的对策。

The Status Quo of China's Foreign Exchange Reserve and Related Countermeasures

Since the Asian financial crisis,China's foreign exchange reserve has been increasing quickly together with its rapid economic growth.As a result,worries and arguments arise over the rationality of the scale of foreign exchange reserve,the investment profits from huge foreign exchange reserve,the outcome of inflation due to the accumulation of foreign exchange reserve,and the increasing pressure of RMB's appreciation,etc.The article starts with the status quo of China's foreign exchange reserve,then analyzes the causes for the sudden increase of foreign exchange reserve,the change of its structure and the expected appreciation pressure of RMB,and finally,puts forward some related countermeasures.
