文化视野下金陵女子大学的组织变迂分析

从文化的视角剖析金陵女子大学的组织变迁，可以看出，金陵女子大学诞生于中西两种异质文化相互碰撞与交融的中国近代社会；经过新文化运动和非基督教运动的洗礼，现代科学精神成为引导学校发展的主要因素；面对政治意识形态的变更，它及时调整以顺应中央人民政府要求，但最终并没有摆脱教会大学的命运，伴随20世纪50年代的“院系调整”走向终结。

An Analysis of the Development of Ginling College ——Based on the Culture Perspective

Analysis of Ginling College＇s organizational changes from the cultural perspective shows that the college was born just as two heterogeneous cultures collided and saw the blending of Chinese modern society. After the New Culture Movement and the Anti-Christianity Movement, the modern scientific spirit led the college＇s main development. With the change of political ideology, it adjusted to the new regime＇s requirements, but ultimately did not escape the fate of being a Christian university.
