Chinese management: Context, connotation and prospect

Chinese management is a flexible humanistic contingent art.On reviewing the research history of Chinese management,this paper explores the context and characteristics of Chinese management and that Chinese management has the nature to integrate organization object into individuals,vaguelizes organization boundary,humanizes the efficiency and so on.Chinese management is the great contribution to management theory of the world since it has solved many problems of western management such as value too much more on science than art,on reasons than humanities,on regulations than openness,on law than humans on things than human feelings,on rigidity than elasticity.The authors then predict that the merge between western management thoughts and Chinese management is the inevitable trend.Enterprises should grasp this trend and integrate the two methods dynamically and implement humanistic contingent management accordingly.
