论压力管理

摘    要:压力给很多个人生活、学校发展及社会和谐造成了很大的负面影响。结合自身在从事科研工作中对工作压力的切身体会,从心理学、管理学及行为组织学角度深层次解析了压力的本质及如何管理压力问题。适度的压力对学习起到积极作用,过高的压力对学习起到消极作用。压力产生的本质是学校要求高于学生个体学校适应能力时产生的一种心理活动和体验。提高学生个人学校适应能力可增强学生个人承受学业压力的能力。

Abstract:Stress creates a great negative impact on the life of individuals,school development and social harmony.The paper analyses the essence of stress from the perspectives of psychology,management and organizational behavior and conducts a deep-level analysis of how to manage stress in combination of the author's first-hand knowledge of stress from work in the course of conducting scientific research.The paper holds that a moderate amount of stress plays a positive role in learning,but excessive stress plays a negative role.The essence of stress is a sort of psychological activity arising from school's having a higher demand for individual student,which is beyond the student's adaptability to school.Improving students' adaptability can increase their capacity to bear stress from their studies.
