| 摘 要： | 城乡二元经济结构、经济因素、观念滞后和认识上的偏差以及国家政策,都是影响浙江农村社会保障水平的重要因素.结合以上因素,并以有关学者建立的社会保障评估模型为基础,运用定性与定量相结合的方法,对浙江农村社会保障水平进行客观评析.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes some key factors affecting Zhejiang Province's building of the rural social security system,such as dual economic structure in urban and rural areas,economic effectiveness,lagged conceptions,cognitive deviations as well as the State policies,and assesses the province's status quo in this regard by applying both qualitative and quantitative analyses on the basis of some scholars' evaluation target models. |
