全面推进海峡西岸经济区建设

针对福建省的三大优势,即对台优势、港口优势和生态优势,着眼于福建未来发展,提出了福建在经济建设领域的战略重点:(1)进一步推动闽台经贸合作,促进我省开放型经济发展;(2)大力发展港口经济,建设海峡西岸港口群;(3)壮大中心城市,建设海峡西岸城市群;(4)培育产业集群,建设海峡西岸产业群;(5)发挥生态环境较好的优势,以科学发展观指导福建生态省建设。

Accelerating construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits in all respects

In view of the Taiwan-oriented,port and ecological advantages of Fujian Province and based on future development trend of Fujian,the strategic important points in economic construction of Fujian are proposed:(1) Further accelerate economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and promote the open economy development in our province.(2) Develop port economy and build ports cluster on the west side of the Straits.(3) Enlarge the key cities and build the cities cluster on the west side of the Straits.(4) Develop industry cluster and build industry clusters on the west side of the Straits.(5) Give full play to the advantage of fine eco-environment and guide the ecological province construction of Fujian according to the scientific outlook on development.
