| 摘 要： | 为了分析中国学生资助体系的困境与对策,采用文献分析等方法,从现有资助政策存在的问题出发加以研究,结论是:应在公共财政体制目标下,建立以政府投入为主渠道,多种力量积极参与的贫困生资助政策体系,满足经济困难学生接受教育的需求,促进教育公平。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the difficulties in funding the poor students and find out some countermeasures, documentary analysis method was cmployed and starting from the existing problems concerning funding system, some policies were studied. The conclusion is that a main channel must be set up, through which the government fund is invested and the political system for funding poor students will enable various financial organizations to take part in the poor students help and meet the demand for their educational tuition. This will no doubt promote educational equality in China. |
