| 摘 要： | MPA是我国新设置的培养高层次应用型人才的专业学位 ,本文概述了刚刚启动的中国MPA教育项目 ,并论证了创办具有中国特色的MPA教育对中国公共管理科学化、现代化的意义及其发展前景。
