供需网环境下企业动态结构建模研究

针对传统供应链管理中存在的弊端，提出了多功能开放型供需网概念，在此基础上分析了多功能开放型企业供需网环境下企业动态结构的需求与特点，并建立了基于Multi-agent的企业动态结构及其协作模型．在此动态结构及协作模型中，系统的构成单元具有决策智能、自治、自组织和协作能力，支持企业动态重构，从而使企业具有以内部变化适应外部快速变化的能力．

Research on dynamic business structure modeling in the environment of SDN

In order to improve the weak points of traditional supply chain management (SCM), in the paper the concept of supply and demand network with multi-functional and opening characteristics for enterprise (SDN) is put forward. Then, the requirements and characteristics of dynamic business structure in the environment of SDN are analyzed. Finally, a dynamic business structure and its coordination model based on Multi-agent theory are established. In the structure and its model, the systematic units bear the abilities of intelligent decision-making, autonomy, self-organization, and coordination, which supports the dynamic business re-structure and provides the enterprises with the ability of adapting to rapid external changes by means of swift internal changes.
