柑橘精油的超临界CO2萃取实验研究

摘    要:以永春芦柑皮为试验材料,研究了在超临界CO2流体萃取时,原料粒度、投料量、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和分离温度等因素影响精油得率的规律.通过对精油的感官分析和溶解实验,得出了精油的主要成分.提出了利用精油处理发泡聚苯乙烯塑料的方法.

Abstract: On extraction of refined oil from citrus peel by supercritical CO_2 fluid,the influence law of several parameters on extraction rate of refined oil were studied,which include particle size,material mass,extracting pressure,extracting temperature,extracting time and separating temperature.Based on sense evaluation of refined oil and dissolving experiment,the main components of refined oil were obtained.It is demonstrated that expanded polystyrene plastics can be weel processed with refined oil.
