滚动轴承异音识别的两次均方根叠加法

摘    要:针对BANT-1型异声测量仪的不足之处,引入了两次均方根叠加法,不仅对BANT-1测量仪现有的识别参数指标进行了改进,而且将各分立的时域参数指标组合成一个统一的识别体系,从各角度全面地描述与识别轴承异音。

Abstract:A new method called rms twice-superposition is introduced to supply the gap of BANT-1 type bearing abnormality sound measurement instrument in the paper. By means of the rms twice-superposition method, not only the current parameter index of BANT-1 used to identify abnormal sound is made better, but also those unattached indexes are united into a uniform identification system to describe and identify abnormal sound roundly from various angles.
