| 摘 要： | 法的自律性是法主体能以法为标准要求自己做或不做某种行为的法的特性 ,包括主体、客体和标准三个方面的内容 ,以公正的法观念、法的合理性和至上性、司法的公正性以及社会经济、政治、文化的发达程度为基础 ,以积极守法为其实现方式 ,以大力加强法制宣传为其实现条件。

| Abstract: | Peculiarity of self-discipline in law is peculiarity of law that subject of law can regard law as standard to demand oneself to do or not to do something.It is composed of subject,object and standard,on the basis of just concept of law,rationality and supremacy of law,justice of judicature and developed degree of economy,politics and culture in a society.Abiding by law actively and strengthening legality's propagate vigorously are respectively way and condition of its realization. |
