摘    要:我国经济的快速发展,特别是经济增长方式的转变、经济结构调整和高等教育的大众化,为高职高专教育的改革发展提供了广阔的空间。由高职高专教师自评、学生和管理者评教、同行评议、综合反馈四个环节组成的高职高专教师闭环评价模式,从以往的总结性评价向过程性评价转变,加强了对高校教师评价的监控力度,全面地考查了高校教师教学与科研的实际情况,同时也能促进高校教师对自身教学不足的认识与改进。

Abstract:With the rapid economic development of our country,especially with the transformation of the way of economic growth,the readjustment of the economic structure and the popularization of higher education,the vocational and academic colleges will witness a greater development than ever before.A new evaluation system,including teachers' self-evaluation,comments of students and superintendents,colleague's appraisal and the synthesis feedback,is proposed.This system will change the traditional evaluation from the result comment to the course control which will be more efficient in controlling the whole teaching and researching condition in colleges.
