建国后中国国家安全观的变化和发展

新中国成立至今,随着国际安全环境的变化,中国的国家安全观大致经历了三个重要的时期:一是从建国初到20世纪70年代末形成以军事安全为核心的国家安全观;二是20世纪70年代末改革开放开始到冷战结束为止形成以综合安全为核心的国家安全观;三是冷战结束后,我国正式提出以互信、互利、平等、协作为核心内容的新国家安全观。

Changes and Developments of China's National Security Concern Since the Establishment of People's Republic of China

National security concern is a theory in which a nation's security issues are involved.It's also a kind of reflection to the international security environment and something a nation regard as guidelines when constituting specific security policies and tactics.Since the establishment of People's Republic of China,China's security concern has experienced three essential periods in the rough: The first period began at the establishment of PRC and ended in late 1970s,in which military concern was regarded as the core of national security concern.The second period started at the beginning of "Reform and Opening" in late 1970s and concluded at the end of Cold War,in which a kind of security concern that regarded integrated concern as its core was thus shaped.The third period began once Cold War was over,during which China formally declared its new national security concern which is mainly based on mutual-belief,mutual-benefit,equality and cooperation.
