| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是我国经济和社会发展中面临的一个重大而又现实的问题。推进老年公寓建设是积极应对人口老龄化的有效举措,但目前却面临政策的不配套和人们认识上的误区。因此,我们应做到：转变观念,加强领导,把老年公寓建设纳入政府的经济和社会发展规划;合理规划,科学设计,保证老年公寓为老年人提供无障碍的生活;放宽眼界,统筹发展,大力通过老年公寓建设培植和发掘老年消费市场。

| Abstract: | Population aging is an important and realistic issue faced by the Chinese in the economic and social development.The promotion of apartment building for the aged will have a positive and effective effect for a society of aging population,but face two difficulties： mismatched policies and people＇s mistaken conception.Therefore,we should implement the following methods： changing peoples＇ mistaken conception and strengthening leadership,putting apartment building for the aged into Government＇s economic and social development planning,ensuring barrier-free lives for the elder in apartments with rational planning and scientific design,and develop consumer market for the aged. |
