| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国经济在经历了最初的高速发展之后,正在步入经济结构调整时期,这是我国经济社会发展的必然要求.而伴随着我国经济结构调整,我国经济发展速度逐步放缓,这对大学生就业带来深刻的影响.近年来,伴随着我国经济结构的不断调整,大学生就业问题日益突出,大学生也面临着更加严峻的就业环境.在经济结构调整期如何推动大学生就业是高校和社会必须应对的重大问题.
