| 摘 要： | 棉业在近代中国具有特殊重要的地位,不仅关系国际贸易,而且与民生日用休戚相关,历届政府都很重视棉业的改良与发展.直隶商会作为当时最有影响的经济社团,在济农兴农问题上,以挽回利权相号召,采取措施规范棉业市场,配合政府推行棉业改良,收到了良好效果,成为近代推动棉业改良与发展的一支重要力量. |
