| 摘 要： | 在科研经费来源多样、管理办法各异、预算执行要求更加严谨的形势下,高等学校针对科研经费规范化财务管理与会计核算的适应性改革要求非常紧迫。以高校财务管理与会计核算制度为基础,从完善科研经费财务管理内部制度设计的角度,论述了高校科研经费管理适应国家政策变化和规范要求的制度保障。
