| 摘 要： | 劳动力转移是发展中国家在经济发展与转型中特有的现象,在我国伴随农村剩余劳动力向城市转移形成了不同的利益集团。现从各利益集团之间的矛盾入手,提出不同利益集团之间均衡状态是和谐社会的必要条件。分析农村剩余劳动力向城市转移过程中各个利益集团的利益、目标、手段、能力等特征后,运用利益集团理论建立模型,分析他们之间相互作用的动因、机制并讨论其均衡结果。

| Abstract: | Labor migration is a peculiar phenomenon during the transition and economic development of developing countries.China has formed different interest groups while the surplus rural labor migrating to the city.This paper proceeds with contradiction between different interest groups,points out that the equilibrium state between different interest groups is an essential condition of the harmonious society. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the interests,goals,means,ability of each interest group, etc.of the surplus rural labor migration,the author built a model through using the interest group theo- ry,to analyze the interactive reasons and mechanism between them and discussed their equilibrium re- sults. |
