Northeast Asia includes China, DPRK, ROK and Japan, which all belong to the Chinese character cultural circle. Although the region has made great economic progress in the past decades, it is still a hot unstable spot in the world. To secure long-term stability, Mr Ra Joung-yil, in his book, develops the conception of constructing a cultural community and strengthening regional cooperation, so as to promote mutual development.
