The intellectuals' academies were founded in the 16th century in Korea.In the development process of these academies,the intellectuals' academy view has transformed from instructing and researching to worshiping.In the 18th century,the academies of the intellectuals had lost their primary role.Thus,worshiping had become their dominant role.
