摘    要:在信息时代,信息的收集与获取与人的发展关系重大,作为应对信息社会的一项重要策略,终身学习体系的建立已经成为当今世界教育改革和发展的共同趋势。教育公平是现代教育的核心价值,在信息社会,教育公平应该重点考量能否公平地满足人们终身需要学习的机会。媒介素养是终身学习所必备的素养,培养人们具备基本的媒介素养是信息时代实现教育公平的前提。中国迫切需要构建媒介素养教育体系,重视和发挥教育所具有的减少贫富差距、增进社会公平的功能,以应对信息社会带来的挑战与机遇。

Abstract:Information is the key social resource in the information era,and it is crucially important for the development of human beings to collect and obtain information.As an important strategy in the information society,life-long learning has been the trend of modern world educational reform and development.Education justice which is to test whether people have the chance of life-long learning is the essential value of modern education.Media literacy is the necessary quality of life-long learning.The basic media literacy is the presupposition of realizing education justice in the information era.To meet the challenge and chance in China,it is urgent to construct the media literacy education system and reinforce the educational function of improving social justice and lessening the difference between the rich and the poor.
