Information is the key social resource in the information era,and it is crucially important for the development of human beings to collect and obtain information.As an important strategy in the information society,life-long learning has been the trend of modern world educational reform and development.Education justice which is to test whether people have the chance of life-long learning is the essential value of modern education.Media literacy is the necessary quality of life-long learning.The basic media literacy is the presupposition of realizing education justice in the information era.To meet the challenge and chance in China,it is urgent to construct the media literacy education system and reinforce the educational function of improving social justice and lessening the difference between the rich and the poor.
