全球化与WTO背景下中国制造业企业的竞争战略

摘    要:自 20世纪 90年代以来,跨国公司通过国际贸易、OEM生产、虚拟制造、网络经营和直接投资展开了全球范围的生产体系构建,给世界各国经济发展带来了机遇和挑战。中国的国际竞争力在不同视角下表现出多层次性,中国企业的国际竞争力也表现出不同状态。中国企业应根据自身竞争优势和行业特性分别选择竞争者战略、合作者战略和退却者战略,以应对全球化挑战。

Abstract:Since the 1990s, through international trade, OEM production, dummy making, network and direct investment MNCs have been constructing worldwide productive system,which are the opportunities and challenges of the economic development of the each country. China's competitive power will represent multiple levels,and China's competitive power of enterprises will represent different conditions from all various angles. China's enterprises should choose respectively the competitor strategy, copartner tactics and retreatist strategy to answer the challenge of globalization according to the competitive edge and trade nature of its own.
