试论我国考试活动的现状与规范

随着各行各业广泛地采取考试方法甄别和遴选人才,参与考试活动的主体在不断增加,其商业特征也愈凸显。要更好地发挥考试制度的积极作用,就应根据考试活动的特点和市场经济体制的框架,改革现行考试管理体制,把考试机构从政府的护翼下分离出去,形成政府、考试机构和市场体制相对独立、利益统一、相互制约的关系。

On the Current Situation and Standard of the Domestic Exams

As every walk of life is using examination as a means of selecting qualified applicants, the number of participants in various exams is increasing and the commercial features of exams are getting more and more obvious. To give full play to the examination system, we should standardize and improve the present examination administrative system based on examination features in the frame of the market economy, therefore the examination institution should be detached from the government protection, to form a new relationship-independent system, integrated interest and mutual restrictions among the government, examination institution and the market.
