| Abstract: | In the construction of his theory, Deng Xiaoping views the private sector since China's opening up as follows: Freedom from conventional ideas and realistically-mindedness are the ideological guarantee for the development of the private sector; the theory of the primary stage of socialism is the ultimate justification of the private sector; the market-oriented economy provides the powerful drive for the private sector; and the "three conducives" frame the scope of its development. |
