基于评价主体的高职课堂教学质量评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:本文从高职院校课堂教学质量评价体系的现状分析入手,指出评价体系存在问题的主要原因在于评价主体的评价范围界定不清晰。文章根据评价体系设计的科学性原则、系统性原则、过程与结果相结合原则、可操作性原则,以及评价体系要具有高职教育特色的原则,对学生、同行、督导专家及教学管理人员等不同评价主体的评价范围和评价内容进行了梳理和界定,并在此基础上,根据某高职院校的实际教学管理需要,构建了高职课堂教学质量评价指标体系。

Abstract:With the analysis of major problems of current teaching quality evaluation system of higher vocational education,the authors point out that the main reason is the contents considered during evaluation of subjects often remain unclear.Based on principles to make such evaluations scientifically sound and practically useful,this paper defines the scope and contents of different subjects,and propose to build an evaluation system for teaching quality,illustrated by using a higher vocational college as an example.
