试论我国的行政区划

50多年来 ,我国的行政区划在维护国家的统一及促进社会经济的发展方面 ,发挥了重要作用。本文着重论述我国行政区划存在的层次多而乱 ,省区范围偏大 ,各省区面积大小相差过于悬殊等弊端 ,以及市管县体制中存在的问题 ,并提出了对行政区划进行改革和调整的思路

ON ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION IN CHINA

Since more than fifty years,the administrative division in our county has taken an imporatant effect on both keeping country's unification and pushing the development of social economy.This article emphatically discusses the disadvantages of administrative levels which are not only excessive but also chaotic,the range of province and district which is too wide,the area of each province and district of which the disparity is too great and other problems which lie in the system of city managing counties.And all of these drawbacks have existed in the administrative division in our country.The author puts forward the thinking of reforming and regulating the administrative division .
