| Abstract: | The characteristics of socialist and political attributes of man indicate that we should maintain the view of taking man as the end which is a scientific and political viewpoint of development. Exercising the state functions and powers should be based on the view of taking man as the end while political life should be in favor of man's overall development. It is time that we converted the notion of our Party and government-serving our people-into political actions. |
