论智力资本与财务资本相融的企业经营管理

科学技术是第一生产力,这决定了智力资本在经济发展中的作用日益重要,从而要求企业经营管理体制与之相适应。传统的以财务资本为中心、忽视智力资本权能的公司治理及资本管理体制日益成为企业发展的障碍。目前的相关研究没有探讨如何建立智力资本与财务资本相融合的企业经营管理体制,因而,在实践上也难有突破性的进展。要解决这一问题,应建立产权明晰的交易环境和边界明确的公司治理环境,解决智力资产的确认、计量问题,建立智力资本与财务资本兼顾的资本运营机制。

Constructing a System Combining Intelligent and Financial Capitals

Science and technology constitute the first force of production, whose development enables intelligent capital (IC) to play an increasingly important role in economic growth and consequently calls for adaptation of productive relationship to IC's role. Traditional corporation governance centered on financial capital (FC) while neglecting the functions of IC and traditional capital management system are becoming major obstacles to enterprise development. So far, relevant researches have not explored the possibility of constructing a business management system combining IC and FC. Therefore it is hard to make any breakthrough in practice. It is argued that in order to solve this problem it is necessary to establish a transaction environment in which property rights are clearly defined and a business management environment where there are clear boundaries. It is also necessary to solve problems such as how to identify and quantify IC and establish a mechanism of capital management combining IC and FC.
