| Abstract: | China is a developing agricrltural country to which"SanNong" problem is of essential importance to maintain sustained stable improvement of economy and society .The key point to solve "SanNong" problem is how to increase farmer's income and how to train and develop rural market, which is also the focus of our government's work. Therefore, the government should take effective measures to accomplish this hard work. |
