| 摘 要： | 艺术品份额化交易在短短两年中历经了兴起、繁荣、没落的全过程,为中国文化产权交易发展累积了重要经验。我国文化产权交易的健康发展需要强化制度建设,拓展市场功能,合理利用金融手段。文化资源的产权化保护与开发的交易市场方案是在这样的语境中提出的一种具有现实可行性的学术尝试。

| Abstract: | The entire course of artworks share trading,including its emerging,growing,thriving and annihilation in just two years,provides a complete study case for culture assets and equity exchange in China.The sound development of culture assets and equity exchange in China needs the consolidated construction of system,the further development of market function and the rational use of financial tools.Under this circumstance,the market exchange plan for the protection of development of cultural resources’ property has been launched and it is realistic and practical for research. |
