| 摘 要： | 网络舆论引导是现代社会管理面临的重要问题,培育网络舆论引导主体是提高网络舆论引导实效性的客观要求。网络舆论引导主体的培育应从完善社会公共权力机构的公信力、建立健全互联网法律法规体系、落实网络舆论引导执行主体社会责任、开展网络伦理道德教育、培育人格独立的理性公民五个方面展开。

| Abstract: | How to guide network opinions is an important issue of contemporary social management,and we need to cultivate subjects to enhance the effectiveness. To cultivate guiding subject of network opinions,we should enhance the social credibility of public authorities,establish and improve the legal system of the Internet,cultivate network ethics and conduct moral education,and develop personal independence of rational citizens. |
