当代中国农民的阶层特征研究

随着市场经济的快速发展和农村经济社会的不断变革，当代中国农民阶层化特征越来越明显，依据经济基础、生产方式、生活方式的不同，大体分为七个阶层：农业劳动者、在乡农民工、进城农民工、农村企业管理者、农村服务业者、农村手工业者、农村基层组织管理者。各个阶层在经济基础、思想状况、理想追求、生产方式和生活方式等方面表现出不同特点，农民内在层次的变化反映着农村改革发展要面对的现实矛盾和客观环境。
