| 摘 要： | “民族团结心理”的构建是多元文化和谐的心理基础。民族团结认知、民族团结态度与民族团结的行为倾向与交往策略是民族团结心理的基本构成要素。民族团结心理构建过程中，我们应关注民族意识、民族认知结构差异、宗教心理等民族心理因素。深化民族交往的广度与深度，完善国民民族教育体系，顺应民族发展意识与发展需要，是民族团结心理构建的必由路径。 |

| Abstract: | The psychological bedrock of ethnic unity is the basis of multicultural harmony, and it is the necessary conditions of Chinese national revival.From an ethnic psychological perspective, the cognition of ethnic unity, the attitude of ethnic unity, behavior disposition and the ways of social contact of ethnic unity are the basic elements of the psychologi-cal bedrock of ethnic unity.In the process of the construction of the psychological bedrock of ethnic unity, we should be concerned about the ethnic psychology such as ethnic consciousness, the difference of the structure of ethnic cognition and the religious mentality.And deepen the breadth and depth of the ethnic contacts, improve the system of ethnic education, and comply with the development needs of the ethnic groups is the basis way of the construction of the psychological bedrock of ethnic unity. |
