| 摘 要： | 对自然发病鸡群进行病毒分离、鉴定。通过人工感染发病的方法,研究了发病鸡的临床症状和病理变化,同时对试验病鸡进行了不同药物的治疗试验。结果表明,根据临床症状和病理变化只能做出初步诊断,确诊必须进行病毒分离。试验用的所有抗生素对治疗均无作用,中药穿心莲粉有较好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | The virus was isolated and identified in natural infections.The clinical signs and pathologic lesions of infected chicken was studied by artificial infected way;and in the meantime,a cure trial with medicines was made in experimental chicken,The result showed that a tentative diagnosis can only be made from clinical signs and pathologic lesions,a defintive diagnosis must be made by virus isolation.The experimental evidence indicates that the antibiotics are ineffective to cure the infections.But the effect of Herba Andrographis Paniculata Nees was effective. |
