| Abstract: | The goal to found journal is the essence of the periodical.It not only guides the periodical and provides editors with materials,but also lays a solid foundation for the periodical to have fixed readers.This paper points out the significance of the goal and proposes the ideas on how to stick to the goal to publish qualified periodicals. |
