基于信息技术的供应链结构设计与优化

分析了信息技术对供应链信息结构和决策权分配的影响。以供应链总体利润最大化为目标,建立了一个由制造商-分销商的供应链层次结构,对权力集中设计方案、权力分散设计方案、信息共享的权力分散方案,以及无信息结构方案四种情形下供应链期望利润进行了比较分析。我们认为,供应链设计方案的优劣将取决于供应链的信息结构,即分销商和制造商的专有信息的可信度,以及标准数据是否可得。

Supply Chain IT-based Structure Design of Supply Chain and its Optimization

This paper analyses the influence of information technology on the supply chain information structure and the allocation of the decision-making right.Targeting the maximization of the aggregate profit of the supply chain,a supply chain hierarchy from the manufacturer to distributor is established and a comparative analysis is made on the expected profit of the supply chain in four cases,i.e.,project of right-centralization,project of right-decentralization,project of information share right-decentralization and project of no information structure.We consider that the strength and weakness of the design project of the supply chain depends on the information structure of the supply chain,namely,reliability of the specific information of the manufacturer and distributor,and the possibility of gathering standard data.
