论冯友兰“天地境界”的儒教特征

摘    要:冯友兰“新理学”表面上褒扬哲学,贬抑宗教,并力图以哲学代替宗教信仰。然而,在冯友兰关于“以哲学代宗教”的表述中,却透露出冯友兰“新理学”潜藏的宗教内蕴,并在对天地境界的“安身立命”、“事天乐天”功能的论述中,以及对命、运观念的诠释中,也体现出鲜明的宗教特征。这些特征本质上可以归宗于儒教。在某种意义上可以说,这些儒教特征使得“天地境界”本身成为儒教发展的新形式。

Abstract:While appreciating philosophy and depreciating religion superficially in Fung Yu-Lan' s "New School of Principle" in an attempt to replace the religious belief with philosophy, his presentation of "substituting philosophy for religion" reveals the religiotis connotation hidden in it. The obvious characteristic of religion is also embodied in both his interpretation of the function of the Transcendent Sphere, namely "settling down and getting on with one' s pursuit" as well as "serving the universe and enjoying the universe", and his annotation of Ming and Yun. By nature these characteristics can be included in Confucianism as a religion. In some sense, they cause "Transcendent Sphere" itself to become a new development form of Confucianism as a religion.
