四川绿豆地方品种群体农艺性状的典型相关分析

本文所研究的总体为四川绿豆地方品种群体,供试材料为70个品种组成的一个随机样本。所研究的13个农艺性状归成产量、产量因素、形态数量性状和生育期性状等四组,产量与产量因素间的典型相关高于与生育期性状的相关,又高于形态数量性状的相关。产量因素与形态数量性状间的典型相关高于产量因生与生育期性状的典型相关,又高于形态数量性状与生育期性状间的典型相关。文中建议,绿豆育种应注意对单株荚数和单株粒数的选择,还介绍了典型相关分析法的统计学原理和具体计算步骤。

CANONICAL CORRELATION ANALYSIS AMONG AGRONOMIC CHARACTERS OF THE LOCAL GERMPLASM POPULATION OF MUNGBEAN CULTIVARS IN SICHUAN

Samples of 70 cultivars from the local mungbean germpl-asm in Sichuan were tested in Mianyang.Thirteen Characters were grouped into yield,yield-componet characters,morpho-quantative charac-ters, and developmental-period characters.The canonical correlation of yield with yield-component Characters was higher than developmental- period Characters,and in turn,than with morpho-quntitative characters, Correlation between yield-conent charactes and morpho-quantitaive charac -ters Was highor than between yield-compont cbaracers and develop-me- ntal-period charaters,in turn,than between morpho-quantitative charac- tors and developmental-period charactors.It was suggested that selection of pods and grains per plant be paid atteution to in breeding of mungbean.
