| Abstract: | Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and Chinese phonetic transcription orthography are the phonetic spelling tools of national language law.It not only has the nature of phonemicization,Romanization,colloquial,but also the nature of the word-type.Chinese phonetic alphabet can eradicate various resistances,and play a bigger role. |
