摘    要:作为一个发展中国家,中国企业在"走出去"的过程中,面临着很大的竞争压力.理性的分析和正确的竞争策略对于开展跨国经营的中国企业极其重要.结合现实情况,深入分析了企业跨国经营的四种动因:绕开贸易壁垒扩展出口市场,寻求资源和技术进步,全球区位选择,树立国际品牌.通过竞争地位的模型分析、价值链分析和产品生命周期分析三条途径来识别企业的竞争优势.提出了集中策略、回避策略、技术当地化和产业集群策略建议,以启发中国企业灵活运用竞争策略有的放矢地发挥和巩固自身的竞争优势.

Abstract:China, as a developing country, is now trying her effort to implement the policy "going out", and facing a powerful competitive pressure. For Chinese corporations, which are operating transnational business, it is important to analyze and formulate correct competitive strategies. The current situation of transnational business operation is thus discussed for its motives, including bypassing various trade barriers to extend overseas market, seeking for resource and technology progress, choosing profitable region in the world and establishing internationally well-known logos. Three ways are proposed to analyze different corporations and then recognize the competitive superiority, i.e., the models of competitive status, value chains and life period of products. Therefore, some strategies are suggested for Chinese corporations to play a more conscious and active role in solidifying their own competitive superiorities, i.e., centralization, bypassing, technological localization and industrial integration.
