| 摘 要： | 植物是人类和其他生物赖以生存和发展的物质基础。植物资源的立法保护,尤其是刑法保护是值得注意的一个问题。我国对植物资源的刑法保护经历了一个由不充分到比较充分、不完善到比较完善的发展过程。发展的每一步,都有成功和不足,经验有待总结,不足需要完善。

| Abstract: | Plant is the material foundation for mankind and other living things to exist and develop.Legislative protection,especially criminal law protection for plant is something deserving special attention.China's criminal law protection for plant has gone through a period from being insufficient to being sufficient,from being imperfect to being perfect.Each step of development,successful or defective,offers us experience as well as room for improvement. |
