对农民工心理健康服务需要现状的调查表明:整体而言,农民工缺乏心理健康服务需要意识,倾向于选择医院为自己提供心理健康服务;生活压力和生活质量对农民工心理健康服务需要的影响较大,经济状况和文化程度对其心理健康服务需要的影响较小。两代农民工心理健康服务需要的现状有所差异,新生代农民工心理健康服务需要的意识略强于第一代农民工,且对由互联网提供心理健康服务的需要明显强于第一代农民工;两代农民工最关心的心理健康问题存在差异。调查结果说明,农民工的心理健康问题属于可通过预防解决的一般心理问题,如及时发现并给予预防,则可以妥善解决,相关机构应致力于提高农民工心理健康服务需要意识,加强他们对心理健康服务机构的理解;并依据两代农民工的特征,通过多种渠道为其提供心理健康服务。

The Survey of Mental Health Service Need of Migrant Workers and Countermeasures

According to the investigation of the current status of migrant workers’ mental health service need,migrant workers are in lack of awareness of mental health service need,and tend to choose hospitals for mental health services.Compared to the economic conditions and educational level,both pressure of living and quality of life have greater influence on mental health service need.There were differences on the mental health service need between the first generation migrant workers and the second generation migrant workers,and the awareness among the latter is slightly stronger than that of the former.The mental health service need provided by the Internet is significantly stronger for second generation migrant workers than the first generation migrant workers.The most concerned mental health problems of two-generation migrant workers are different.The survey indicates that mental health problems of migrant workers are generally psychological problems.If detected and prevented timely,it can be properly solved.Relevant organizations should enhance migrant workers’ awareness of mental health service need and strengthen their understanding of mental health services organization,and provide mental health services through multiple service channels for migrant workers according to the different characteristics of two-generation migrant workers.
