| 摘 要： | 我国法学教育60年的发展已经取得巨大的成就,但是也出现了很多问题,法学教育到了一个很重要的转折点。通过对传统法学教育的性质、教学方式和手段以及法学教育目标进行反思,提出了一系列的构想,以期能对我国的法学教育的改革起到促进作用。

| Abstract: | China＇s Legal Education have made great achievements after 30 years of development,but there have been many problems,legal education is at a very important turning point.In this paper,the author has some reflections on the nature of the traditional China＇s legal education,teaching methods and means and the goal of the traditional China＇s legal education etc,and puts forward a series of ideas in order to promote education reform. |
