贸易因素对新疆区域经济发展差距的影响分析

该文以人均GDP为基础指标,从绝对和相对两个角度对南北疆区域经济发展差距的现状进行描述分析,通过对贸易因素如何影响新疆区域经济发展差距进行回归分析发现:贸易规模对新疆区域经济发展差距影响最大,其次是贸易方式和贸易结构;贸易规模与新疆区域经济发展差距存在正相关性,进出口贸易额每增加一个百分点,区域经济发展差距增加4.95个百分点;边境小额贸易、初级产品贸易与新疆区域经济发展差距存在负相关性,边境小额贸易进出口额、初级产品出口额每增加一个百分点,区域经济发展差距分别减少3.61个百分点和0.26个百分点。基于此,提出从扩大南疆贸易规模、调整贸易方式、优化贸易结构三方面缩小区域经济发展差距。

Analysis of Trade Factor Influence on Regional Economic Development Gap in Xinjiang

Based on indicators of GDP per capita,this paper describes the status of the gap in the southern and northern regional economic development from both absolute and relative perspectives. By establis- hing a regression model to quantitative and qualitative analysis of the trade factors on the regional eco- nomic development gap in Xinjiang,we find that trade scale exerts the greatest effects on the gap of the regional economic development, followed by trade mode and trade structure, and there is a positive corre- lation between trade scale and the regional economic development gap, and if import and export trade vol- ume increases by 1 %, then the gap will accordingly increase by 4.95 % and there exists negative correla- tivity between petty trade in the border areas,the primary products trade and the gap of Xinjiang region- al economy development. If petty trade value of export and import in the border areas and primary prod- uct export increases by 1%,the regional economies development gap will cut down 3.61% and 0.26% respectively. In view of this finding, we suggest that through expanding the trade scale of south Xinjiang, adjusting the changes in trade patterns,and optimizing trade structure will narrow the regional economic development gap in Xinjiang.
