| 摘 要： | 运用“中国八城市社会网络与求职经历调查”(JSNET2009)的数据,将教育程度、性别、年龄、户籍、党员身份、就业单位性质、单位主管部门以及职业类别作为解释变量,以社会资本及其各指标作为因变量分别建立回归模型,由此分析具有中国特色的拜年网络的影响因素,特别是结构因素对个人关系网络的影响,研究发现,党员身份、个人就业单位性质以及职业类别对关系网络有显著影响.虽然经济改革促使了体制外经济的发展,但行政权利对个人关系网络的影响依然超过经济权利,成为影响个人关系网络的重要因素.
